By downloading or using ByteSailor, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

1. Scope of Service

Orki Music Player provides local audio and video playback with optional Google Drive backup and restore. We do not supply a music catalog. You are responsible for having the rights to play, upload and restore your content; those rights remain with you and the relevant rights holders.

2. Intellectual Property

The app's design, logo, and code are the property of Shenzhen Shuji Technology Co., Ltd. You may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the app.

3. Limitation of Liability

The software is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.

4. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Shenzhen.

5. Contact

If you have any questions regarding these terms, please contact support@bytesailor.com.

1. Acceptance

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ByteSailor’s websites, mobile applications, and related services (the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

2. The Services

ByteSailor provides mobile applications and related services. Orki Music Player supports local playback and optional Google Drive backup and restore. The Application-specific terms explain the scope and conditions of those features.

Google Drive backups use your personal storage and are subject to Google’s terms and your own network and storage plans. Transfers depend on network, authorization, capacity and system conditions. Stopping or cancelling retains completed copies; disconnecting, revoking access or uninstalling does not delete cloud backups or public downloaded files. Only Application-created backups can be updated or permanently deleted through the feature; authorized external MP3 files are read-only.

Read the Orki Music Player Terms of Service (English) and Privacy Policy (English) for content rights, transfer controls, retention and deletion. These Application-specific terms govern its Drive functionality; no permanent availability, loss-free recovery or automatic deletion is promised.

3. Accounts

Local playback in Orki Music Player requires no ByteSailor or Google account. Drive functionality requires you to connect and authorize your Google account and confirm selected transfers. Keep your device and account credentials secure.

4. License

Subject to these Terms, ByteSailor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use (unless otherwise permitted by law or expressly authorized by ByteSailor).

5. Acceptable use

  • Do not use the Services in a way that violates any law or regulation.
  • Do not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.
  • Do not reverse engineer or attempt to derive source code except where permitted by law.
  • Do not misuse the Services to distribute malware, spam, or abusive content.

6. Intellectual property

The Services, including software, designs, text, graphics, and trademarks, are owned by ByteSailor or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license above, no rights are granted to you.

7. Third-party services

The Services may rely on platforms such as Google Play, Google Drive and Firebase. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. The Orki Music Player terms link to the applicable Google and Drive terms.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, ByteSailor disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ByteSailor will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Services.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if we need to protect the Services, users, or ByteSailor. You may stop using the Services at any time.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws. If you are located outside China, mandatory consumer protection laws in your country may also apply. Any disputes will be handled in a competent forum as required by applicable law.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the effective date above. If you continue using the Services after the changes take effect, you agree to the updated Terms.
